Is milk healthy

Not so long ago, everyone agreed that eating milk was just as beneficial to us as consuming it. Today, however, there are more and more voices calling for us to stop drinking this drink, which is said to be very harmful to us in reality. What, then, is the truth?
The most important argument of those in favour of milk is, of course, the protein it contains, which is essential, above all, for the proper development of our bones. Apart from the fact that there is a lot of it in milk, it is also important that in this form it is best absorbed by our body. Of course, the crowning counter-argument in this case is the growing number of adults who struggle with an allergy to milk lactose. If our body is unable to cope with its proper digestion, unpleasant flatulence and diarrhoea occur. Another issue that is very often raised during discussions about milk is the fat in it.
Opponents of milk agree that it causes a significant increase in cholesterol levels and can cause overweight or heart disease. However, studies have shown that there is no evidence of any adverse effects on our body or the development of diseases caused by this type of fat. It is worth noting, however, that fats contained in milk are essential for every developing body, because they guarantee the proper development of the brain. The dispute over milk is getting stronger and the arguments on all sides may seem very convincing to us. Therefore, when deciding whether to consume milk, we should be guided primarily by observation of our body and, of course, reason.
