The ever-increasing fashion for movement makes almost everyone want to try their hand at running, for example. But how do you get started so you don’t get discouraged?
Deciding to start training, we must first of all be aware that we will not be able to immediately run impressive distances. Our body, which is not accustomed to such an effort, needs time and gradual work on its condition. That is why it is worth asking someone more experienced in this matter for help in creating an appropriate training plan.
Surely, at the beginning we should start with a march interspersed with running and increase the running time from day to day. Another issue that can make a big difference to our love of running is buying good shoes. It’s on your feet that the weight of your body rests, especially when you’re running, so we need to take good care of it. When buying shoes, let’s not be ashamed to try on many couples or run around the store in them, because that’s the only way we’ll find the best ones.
Very important in undertaking to practice any sport is also the appropriate motivation and of course the willingness. First of all, we must set ourselves a goal that we want to achieve by running. This can be, for example, losing weight or improving one’s condition. It is also worth trying to persuade one of our friends or acquaintances to train. Thanks to this we will motivate each other to leave even if one person loses their willingness or if the weather is not the best.
