Healthy veganism

Healthy veganism

This is one of the most fashionable diets of the last few years, which provoke the most discussion. Can veganism be healthy and does it have any healing properties? Today we will try to answer this question.
A simple definition of veganism
Being a vegan means consuming only products of plant origin and excludes all animal products, including eggs and milk! This is a radical variation of being a vegetarian, where high quality fruit and vegetables remain to be eaten.
Vegan products
The best thing about a vegan diet is to eat only vegetable products, and that forces us to be creative in the kitchen, because things straight from the shop are full of unhealthy preservatives and sugars.
Cereals, vegetables, fruits, legumes, algae and sea algae are the basis of our diet. Some people even recognise honey, but whether it comes from animals or not is a contentious subject.
The principles of healthy veganism
Due to current nutritional trends, many young people declare themselves to be vegan, and then to treat their bodies to a monotonous diet, with no basic nutrients, eating only tomato salad or French fries in oil.
Be aware of your health and don’t let your hair fall out or your eyesight get worse!
To be healthy, you should take the time to cook and prepare food. Vegans must eat a wide variety of foods and choose all kinds of vegetables, legumes and fruits, as well as groats, cereals, nuts and seeds. This will provide you with the right level of iron and vitamin B12, which you should supplement if necessary.
You should eat something green every day: cabbage, lettuce to make sure you have enough calcium, you can tempt yourself to drink vegetable milk – some people love it unconditionally.
You can’t say that veganism is unhealthy when you eat valuable food – there are many unnecessary myths about it. A vegan diet restores health and reduces obesity, cardiovascular diseases, minimizes the risk of diabetes and cancer.
In fact, those who deliberately give up highly processed products and meat packed with preservatives and hormones are regaining control of their lives.
